About the Role We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators and team leaders to join a number of our fast-paced production teams based in Geebung. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in maintaining quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
