- Keep the heart of the kitchen clean by washing dishes, cutlery and large service equipment
- Maintain sparkling walls, benches and floors while keeping bins cleared and organised
- Operate commercial dishwashers and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Sanitise surfaces to the highest hygiene standards
- Dismantle and clean specialised kitchen equipment
- Work hand‑in‑hand with a passionate team that values teamwork and efficiency Qualifications
- Proven experience in a busy, high‑volume commercial kitchen
