Customer Service Representative Mudgeeraba (Queensland)

THE ROLE As a customer service representative, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that all customers receive timely, accurate and detailed information and updates about all new and existing sales queries. This role will deal with most frontline communication with a main emphasis on inbound phone calls, e‑mail queries, e‑commerce orders and on‑site visitors.
- Answering inbound phone calls to provide support, information & answers on recent and existing orders and queries.
- Review multiple different computer systems to retrieve and update information relating to sales, including financial systems, CRM’s, inventory systems and e‑commerce websites.
- Manage multiple high-volume inboxes to process customer queries accurately and on‑time.
- Online customer coaching and support.
- Telephone customer coaching and support.
- In person customer service and selection for badges, coolers and awards.
- Process customer and supplier purchase orders.
- Customer master data updates and other required data entry.
- Website sales processing, customer orders and quotes across different systems. YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience in a customer service‑based role, enjoys helping customers to have the best experience.
- Solid Communication skills
- Tech savvy, likes to use and learn about new systems.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills including experience with e‑commerce platforms.
- Enjoys staying connected and initiating connections with a large team.
- High levels of activity and output – loves being involved.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
