Event & Bar Supervisor (Queensland)

Event & Bar Supervisor Location: Brisbane CBD

• Hourly rate: $35/hr (penalties & super) Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, mix of daytime and evening shifts. Base contract of 30 hours per week with the possibility to work up to 38 hours for additional earnings. THE ROLE
- Supervise bar and event operations during conferences and functions
- Read and execute event run sheets
- Liaise directly with clients during events
- Manage event set‑up, pack‑down and contractor bump‑in/out
- Lead and manage the team on shift
- Oversee bar operations and stock levels
- Ensure service, safety and presentation standards are met THE PERSON
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in bartending, hotels, restaurants and/or events (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bar operations
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Coffee experience desirable
- RMLV desired but not essential THE ADVANTAGES
