Want to assist with leading an essential team in a rapid-growing fashion business? Billy J is searching for an Assistant Store Manager at our Kawana flagship store. We are searching for a customer service expert, someone who thrives on a challenge and someone who has skills which allow them to successfully assist with leading a retail team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with store operation
- Assist managing and coordinating team members
- Open and close the store
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards
- Manage store inventory and maintain your product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and establish rapport
- Maintain stock in conjunction with other internal team members
- Undertake Store Manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager
- Support overall operations and maintenance of the retail store
- Contribute to the promotion and maintenance of a positive and productive work culture and environment Your keys to success

- Adaptability and ability to remain calm under pressure
- People person – you know how to connect with others and motivate others
- Sound oral and written communication
