- **Permanent, Part Time** role located in **Chelsea**:

- Your shifts will be** 66/51.5** fortnightly splits
- You will assist in supporting 4 of our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach
- Have experience within disability sector, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- **An Advanced Diploma of Disability (**or equivalence**) is required for this role**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Qualification requirement
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
