We are seeking a qualified Systems Analyst to evaluate existing ICT systems, recommend improvements and additional system components to meet business needs, and provide technical support across the organisation. This position is based at our head office in Cheltenham SA 5014. Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business and system requirements.
- Analysing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Optimising business operations through best practices and system enhancements.
- Developing and managing system enhancement projects using structured methodologies for planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Managing system deployments, developing and executing test plans to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Developing user guides and training materials, conducting workshops for end users.
- Defining functional specifications to support system development.
- Applying data and process modelling techniques to create transparent system documentation.
- Acting as a key resource for system-related decision-making and project guidance.
- Supporting IT Management in IT administration, system deployment, technical support, and other IT-related tasks as required etc. We request the candidate have the following attributes:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification
