Fixed Term Assistant Store Manager- Moorabbin (Cheltenham)

Right now, we're looking for a fixed term** Assistant Store Manager**to join our** Moorabbin**store starting in November to cover maternity leave!

**About the Role**: This is a 12 month maternity leave fixed term opportunity (38 Hours per week). Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 9.45am-6.15pm | Thursday: 10am
- 4pm

**Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by**:

- Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
- Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
- Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
- Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
