Recruiter (Cheltenham)

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on company goals and staffing needs.
- Help promote the company’s employer brand through job ads, social media, and networking.

Monitor and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
