Store Manager (Cheltenham)

With 21 stores across Australia and still growing. We are looking for an experienced hospitality or retail leader with the energy to drive our passionate team to success at our **Southland** store in the role of **Store Business Manager**.

In your role you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will contribute to cultivating the vibrant Salsas culture within the team, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Inspiring your team to promote the Salsas Values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Hiring, on boarding, training, rostering your team.
- Collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and create an outstanding customer experience.
- Meeting the stores financial objectives.
- Managing inventory levels and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
- Upholding operational excellence by implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- The ability to maintain professionalism and thrive under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving tangible results.
