You will embed the EYLF and NQS into practice, support reflective learning, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships with families, foster children's development, and contribute to a thriving learning community. Your leadership will help educators grow in confidence and capability, while ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
