About The Chance This is an exceptional career chance for a dynamic Interior Designer to join our North Brisbane Team, with experience in delivering commercial fitout designs, to join a team of dedicated and passionate professionals, entrusted with the following:
- Engaging directly with clients, both in office and on site, to understand their brief, budget and project goals. Ensuring designs align with client budgets to streamline the design to construct experience.
- Deliver innovative and pragmatic design concepts, encompassing space planning, furniture layout, lighting schemes, and material choices.
- Use advanced design software to generate intricate 2/3D visualisations, floor plans, elevations and construction drawings.
- Present clients with design proposals, integrating their feedback and making necessary refinements.
- Craft comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and construction drawings, to guide project realisation. What you Bring
• 5 years+ Commercial design experience, with experiencing executing designs in retail and hospitality.

• 5 years+ experience with Sketchup Pro and Layout (or relevant software)
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting concepts and designs to clients
• Solid product and supplier knowledge
• A keen eye for quality and detail
• Enviable time management skills
• Can "see" the space in a room before you take measurements
• A can-do attitude
