**Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee daily grooming operations to ensure high-quality and efficient services.
- Manage grooming schedules, appointments, and client communication.
- Supervise grooming staff, providing guidance and support.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for new and junior groomers.
- Provide hands-on training in grooming techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for grooming staff.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on grooming services to maintain high standards.
- Address and rectify any grooming issues or concerns promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance grooming processes.

**Client Relations**:

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' grooming needs.
- Address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on grooming maintenance between appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional dog grooming experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentoring role.
- Certification in dog grooming from a recognised institution is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for promoting a positive and caring environment for dogs.
