About the Company: With their Head Office just north of the CBD and with numerous commercialised entities this much needed and well-loved organisation is looking for someone to build upon the existing success to future proof the impact the team has on supporting a bright future About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a multi-site team and oversee operational performance, financial sustainability, service quality, compliance, stakeholder relationships and future growth opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategy, ensuring consistent systems, standards and accountability across all locations. With responsibility for revenue, labour optimisation, cost control and supplier relationships you will be a person who can influence and guide people to achieve collective success. About You: We are looking for a values-led professional with significant senior leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail operations or a comparable multi-site environment. You will bring strong commercial acumen, proven financial management capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead, coach and develop operational leaders. A sound understanding of WHS, food safety, hygiene and employment compliance in a regulated environment will be essential. Why Join?
