Job Description As the Restaurant Manager at Pappa Flock, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, team satisfaction, and financial performance. You will inspire a culture of excellence and lead by example in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer delight. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations:
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies.
- Promote and advertise Pappa Flock’s goods and services to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions. Sales & Marketing:
- Drive local area marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Lead and train the team in effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Inventory Management:
- Order stock, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Financial Management:
- Prepare budgets, forecast sales, and manage controllable costs (labor and cost of goods). Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture. Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Food Safety regulations.
- Maintain Pappa Flock’s brand standards consistently. What We Offer
- Full-time position with flexible working hours (38 hours per week).
- Competitive salary: $65,000
- $75,000 per year + Superannuation.
