Position Overview: The Duty Manager is responsible for leading shift operations across all cinema departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities


- Lead and oversee all cinema operations during shifts, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members to maintain productivity, performance, and service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by proactively resolving issues and maintaining high presentation standards, including projection quality.
- Uphold compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational procedures, including incident management and reporting.
- Manage administrative tasks, stock control, and readiness for events and campaigns to support business performance. What You’ll Bring

- Solid operational knowledge with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and consistent standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Good understanding of compliance, safety, and operational procedures within a multi-department environment.
