At Residenz, we help older Australians remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our Home Maintenance Specialists play a vital role in supporting that independence.

For many clients, your visit is more than maintenance. It’s reliability, trust, and connection.

**The role**: Helping elderly people stay independent in their own homes in the North Brisbane area.

The duties that you will be completing include:

- Lawn mowing & gardening
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- General home maintenance
- Minor handyman tasks (desirable but not essential)

You’ll work with regular clients, building rapport and trust.

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
