**About the Role**: As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring our team delivers world-class customer service while driving sales and achieving store targets. You’ll take ownership of the sales floor, mentor and motivate the team, and contribute to the store’s success with your leadership and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
- Lead, inspire, and coach team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Support the management team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards
- Foster a positive work workplace by cultivating team spirit and promoting company values
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and ready to welcome customers

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail or a supervisory role (previous experience in fragrance or beauty retail is a plus)
- Passion for customer service, with a genuine desire to connect with people
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
