Position Overview:

A hands on role managing the day-to-day Operations of the Gold Class Kitchen department. The role requires the efficient delivery of food ensuring adherence to Standard Recipe cards and ensuring training requirements for staff are achieved.

Key Responsibilities


- Lead and supervise kitchen team members, ensuring smooth kitchen and service operations during every shift.
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, presentation, and strict adherence to recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and receiving processes to maintain availability, minimise waste, and control costs.
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, and real-time feedback, maintaining productivity and high service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS, company procedures, and operational requirements while supporting events and premium guest experiences. What You’ll Bring


- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced hospitality or premium dining environment.
- Strong operational knowledge with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering a high-end customer experience.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen compliance requirements.
- Experience in stock management, cost control, and aligning kitchen performance with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. How You Work
