- Lead and develop your team
- coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.
- Bring a customer obsessed mindset
- delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
- Drive operational excellence
- managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
- Use strong commercial awareness
- understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
