We are a brand-new 75 place childcare centre dedicated to providing a vibrant, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our focus is on fostering a love for learning through play and exploration, while supporting families in our community.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Diploma Qualified
- Educators** to join our team in both Lead and Assistant roles. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children and contributing to a positive, engaging atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm and inclusive environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observe and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Participate in ongoing career development and team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Certification and Blue Card.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children.
