Key Responsibilities
General administration and reception activities
Manage the end-to-end NDIS client onboarding process, including documentation, communication, and follow-up.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
Handle general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services and support options.
Coordinate and assist with events, workshops, and training sessions.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with visitors and callers.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage and organise departmental documents, files, and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Enter data into relevant databases and maintain accurate records.
Act as a liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
