Hero Sushi operates 50 stores across Australia directly from our head office. We are a growing sushi company dedicated to offering fresh and diverse Japanese flavors to our customers.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Store Manager at Hero Sushi Water Gardens. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow their career with us.

Position Details:

Position: Full time Store Manager

Working Hours: Over 38 hours per week (adaptable roster). Overtime is considered after 38 hours per week, with penalties applied accordingly. (x1.25 / x1.5)

Hourly Rate (Before Tax):

Full time Lv.5 Base hour rate $30.00 (weekdays), Saturday x1.25, Sunday x1.5

Benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, and superannuation (11.5%).

Duties:

Sushi making and ingredient preparation

Staff roster management

Customer service

Store inspections and general management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality

Versatile working days and hours

Valid TFN (Tax File Number); we do not offer cash-in-hand payments

Not available for working holiday visa holders

We're looking for someone who fulfills their responsibilities.

Our store is busy, but rest assured, we provide comprehensive training.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Rotating roster

Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

Overtime pay
