Make a difference with every call We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused Telefundraising Call Centre Agent to join our energetic team. If you love great conversations, believe in the power of meaningful causes, and thrive in a supportive, goal‑driven environment, this role is for you! What you’ll do
- Engage donors — Have warm, compelling conversations with current and existing supporters.
- Represent important causes — Share stories that inspire people to take action.
- Achieve fundraising targets — Work towards daily and weekly goals with coaching and support.
- Maintain accurate records — Update donor information and call outcomes in our system.
- Collaborate with your team — Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and grow together. What’s in it for you:
