Welcome to the Hot Bread Retail Group where we are truly passionate about food and shaping a world where people eat better. We are seeking talented, experienced Assistant Managers to lead our teams in our venues at:

- North Street Store in Cottesloe
- Wards Central Dining in Shenton Park

In these roles, you will work with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant and take away venues in Cottesloe and Shenton Park. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, creating an enjoyable experience for both our team and our valued customers.

**These roles are full-time positions, weekend and possible evening work availability required.**

Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Help recruit and train new staff Work with the management team to implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and dining experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the restaurant. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a "customer-first" mindset among the staff.

**Requirements**:

Approved Manager license and RSA certificate (required for Wards Central Dining) Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organised to multitask effectively. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
