Experienced Section Waiters (Cottesloe)

We're looking for experienced section waitstaff to join the team at **Gibney**. A finalist for Gourmet Traveller's ‘Best New Restaurant’, Gibney is an old-world brasserie grill with a menu that draws inspiration from classic flavours and timeless presentation. Think seafood, home-made pasta, tableside service, classic cocktails, luxurious snacks, including a caviar bar and an extensive wine list, curated by KHG's Award Winning Group Sommelier. You will work alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of the Gibney experience. With regular training sessions covering all facets of the industry, this is a great opportunity for career development and to rub shoulders with some industry guns.

**What we need from you?**
- Three years' experience in a similar role
- Sound wine understanding or keen interest to learn
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate
- Weekend and Evening availability
