**About us**

PM Advantage Reports supports Property Managers all over Perth and Peel regions with Property Condition Reports, Routine and Final Inspections!

If you love talking to people and getting out and about or enjoy listening to a podcast/book or music with no interruptions, then this is the role for you! As an inspector, your day-to-day role would be:

- Going to various Real Estate offices to collect and then return keys for your day's inspections
- Attending properties and conducting detailed reports
- Creating Property Condition Reports
- Taking detailed photos and providing very detailed notes/recording of any issues

Working remotely at Properties during the work day, all of the work is done on the road at the properties; no need to work from home after hours like other inspector roles!! We offer flexibility and trust to all Inspectors and allow you to work unsupervised!

- Reliable car and current valid license to drive
- Ability to work unsupervised on your own but also be able to work in a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
