We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaner to service a small dental practice in Cottesloe. This position is available to either an **employee or a subcontractor**, depending on the successful applicant.

**Location**: Cottesloe, WA

**Hours**:

- 2 shifts per week
- 2.5 hours per shift
- Tuesday & Friday evenings
- After business hours

**Pay Rate**: $36.19 per hour (or negotiated contractor rate)

**About the Role**:

- Commercial cleaning of a small dental practice
- General cleaning, bathrooms, floors, bins, and maintaining high hygiene standards suitable for a dental environment
- Consistent, ongoing work

**Requirements**:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
- Own reliable transport
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working after hours

**Additional Requirements for Subcontractors**:

- ABN and insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Own cleaning equipment (preferred) products will be supplied.
