**About the Role**: We are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our reception team at Marine Views Cottesloe. Available shifts are: Week 1 Tuesday 10:30 AM
- 4:30 PM Friday 8:30 AM
- 3:30 PM and 10:30 AM
- 4:30 PM

Week 2 Tuesday 10:30 AM
- 4:30 PM Friday 10:30 AM
- 4:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients, visitors, and staff with enquiries, escalating as required.
- Assist with client and visitor movements, including room and service bookings.
- Provide a welcoming environment in the lobby/lounge/meeting rooms of our services.
- Sort and disseminate mail and other deliveries to both residential care and independent living clients.
- Undertake administrative duties including scanning, typing, data entry, some elements of online ordering, and filing.
- Assist with maintaining lists and registers of residents.
- General assistance for Waterfront Cottesloe residents and notification/escalation to the GM Independent Living.
- Assist and deliver additional services as listed and required.

**Essential Attributes**:

- A passion for working with older people and a customer-focused attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional phone manner and computer literacy.
- National police clearance (current within 3 years).

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Experience working in aged care, community, or disability organisations.
- Customer service background or experience in similar roles.
- Experience using client relationship management (CRM).

**Additional Requirements**: Willingness to pick up vacant shifts across both facilities (Marine Views Cottesloe and RiverSea Mosman Park), which may include weekends and public holidays. Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3ra8pi
