About The Role Bringing bread to life, you’ll enjoy the support to prove your passion and learn your craft. You will complete an Apprenticeship – Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) and be trained to produce and bake a variety of breads using baking equipment and machinery over a three‑year period. What You’ll Do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolworths
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain safety for staff and customers, including reporting hazards
- Work with a diverse range of people, gaining real‑world experience and growing personally
- Learn the skills to become a qualified Retail Baker
- Complete the three‑year training program with on‑ and off‑the‑job training
- Attend all TAFE classes and complete all assessments
