Gardener (Wanneroo)

**We are looking for the newest member of our Tom's Landscaping Team!**

**Who are we?**

Tom’s Landscaping is a family-owned and run gardening business based in Wanneroo, 6065, and servicing the Perth Northern Suburbs.

Here at Tom’s, we are focused on client-centred gardening care, where good customer service is just as important as a good-looking garden.

**What is the role?**

You will start and end your day at our Wanneroo Office, where you will collect and drop off the company trailer.

Each morning, you will receive your daily schedule. Days begin at 6:40 am and end anywhere from 2 pm 5 pm. Most days will be an 8-hour shift. We are open Monday-Saturday.

You’ll get 2 weeks of paid training, where you will learn all the skills which are essential to being successful in this position. Following your 2-week training period, you will be working independently, so you must meet the standard before the end of the training period.

We service both residential and commercial properties. Your day-to-day jobs will include weeding, collecting leaves, mowing lawns, spreading mulch in garden beds, hedging, pruning, etc.

You will also be taught how to use all the necessary power tools. We use a range of STIHL & Ozito battery-powered tools.

**What are we looking for?**
- Availability to start ASAP.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with a tow ball.
- Willingness to work in all types of weather (Max. 38 Degrees).
- Willingness to work with chemicals (Weed Sprays, Weed & Feed, etc).
- Availability to start work at 6:40 am Monday-Saturday.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

Previous gardening experience is advantageous
- but not essential as on-the-job training is provided.
