We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Casual Pool, to work across our three facilities for a range of permanent shifts across our Jacaranda Lodge, Wanneroo Nursing Home and Barridale Lodge for immediate start. Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services. As an Elderbloom Registered Nurse, dependent on your scope of practice and as member of the clinical and care team, you will be:
- Providing high quality resident-focused clinical care and support
- Working collaboratively with management and fellow clinical and care team members
- Motivating, leading and supervising care and support services staff
- Completing reporting and documentation requirements To be a successful applicant you will be/have:
- Registered without conditions or notations as a RN with AHPRA
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
- A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service
- Computer literacy and good communication skills Essential criteria for this position include:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a nurse
- Relevant APHRA registration
- Proof of current flu vaccination status
- Proof of current COVID vaccination status
- Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check
