**What we’re looking for**:

- **Experienced Gardener**: You’ve got the know-how to manage a garden from start to finish, including setting up and packing down.
- **Self-Starter**: You can work independently and without the need for constant supervision.
- **Client-Focused**: You’ll communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure you deliver exactly what they’re looking for.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You’ll use the ServiceM8 App to manage tasks, update jobs, and invoice clients.
- **Reliable Transport**: You’ll need to have a manual license to get to and from the job sites.
