Medical Receptionist/administrator (Quinns Rocks)

Do you have excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, flexible working availability, a good sense of humour, abundant patience, good at working independently, have an ability to think outside the box and be a team player?

Quinns Podiatry is looking for a part time receptionist/admin officer initially to do reception but later to take on an admin responsibility as well. We have 2 receptionists who work set days each week and help cover each other when one is on leave.

Currently the hours would be 8am
- 6:30pm Thursday and Friday with alternate Saturdays 8am
- 2pm.

Quinns Podiatry is located in the medical complex at the corner of Quinns Road and Mindarie Drive in Quinns Rocks. Currently we have 1 Podiatrist running clinics for 2 Podiatrists, the other one is on maternity leave. There is free parking and wheelchair access
