As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor to help run site operations and lead our carpentry crew. The Chance This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced carpenter who wants more responsibility, autonomy, and long‑term growth . You’ll take ownership of site operations, lead the team, communicate with builders, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Currently a small, tight‑knit team, this role will be key in helping scale the business while maintaining our high standards. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Running day‑to‑day carpentry site operations
- Leading and coordinating a small carpentry crew
- Interpreting construction drawings and executing framing accurately
- Managing workflow to maintain deadlines
- Stick roof framing, wall framing and flooring systems
- Cladding installation
- Solving practical on‑site challenges
- Communicating with builders and supervisors
- Maintaining safe, organised and professional sites
- Delivering consistent, high‑quality workmanship What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, leads confidently, and runs a clean, organised site .
- Minimum 10 years carpentry experience
- Strong experience in WA residential roof framing
- Experience across new builds and renovations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience leading and supervising a small team
- Strong knowledge of residential framing systems
