About The Role As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves patrols, incident response, and client‑facing duties. Positions available: Part‑time Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2 Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts Roster
- Wednesday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Thursday: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Friday: 6:30pm to 2:00am
- Saturday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
- Provide a professional and approachable security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records About You
- A valid Security License
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Positive physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
