Room Leader Clarkson

Lead a team of Educators one of our childcare rooms and be responsible for ensuring our programs and practices are exceeding expectations at all times.

Start your people leadership journey in this rewarding role and lead a team of Educators in one of our Early Learning rooms. Our Room Leaders play a critical role in our Centre leaderhsip team, providing day to day guidance and support to educators at all levels. Bring your passion for high quality, education and care helping to ensure our programs and practices are exceeding expectations at all times.

Key role responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Lead and role model the highest quality of care is provided for our children across all our rooms

Engage with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development

Motivate and support a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation

Build and maintain a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice

Bring a friendly, mature and skilled approach to everything you do

Ensure your room is secure, welcoming and a space that children, educators and parents want to be in.
