Warehouse Lead (2IC) - Safety, Stock & Team Mentor (Wanneroo)

We’re now looking for a Warehouse Officer who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real difference assisting with 2IC duties in leading our warehouse team. Job Description Why this role matters As Warehouse Officer, you’ll be the person supporting the Warehouse Lead. You’ll create a safe, efficient, and positive environment while keeping operations running smoothly. - Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised, and running smoothly
- Performing regular stock checks and help with inventory tasks Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring
- Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- A current Forklift Licence (Reach Truck experience a bonus).
- Experience working with the storage and handling of Dangerous Goods (would be an advantage).
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision‑making.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
- A “can do” attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- MYOB or similar system knowledge (helpful but not essential).
