About the Role As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the production floor, ensuring all caravans are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of trades and assembly staff while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Lead, mentor, and support production staff
- Ensure build quality meets company and industry standards
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and deadlines
- Liaise with management, sales, and procurement teams

- Proven experience in a supervisory role (caravan, RV, or similar manufacturing preferred)
