THE ROLE

We are looking for a Casual Duty Manager to add to our teams across the group as we take our business to the next level. The Duty Managers role is a key member of our team, supporting our business in providing outstanding service. We are seeking the right person who envisages longevity in the role, to allow themselves to develop professionally as our business grows. Someone who can bring their ideas and enthusiasm to support the growth of the business and motivate a team to deliver their best. Oversee all areas and working collaboratively with departmental managers. Create and support incentives in food, beverages and promotions across the venue. A hands-on approach encouraging best practice and compliance from your team, while creating that buzz and atmosphere across our venue. This role could potentially suit an experienced bar supervisor who is ready to take the next step up.

YOUR SKILLS

· At least 1 years in hospitality and management

· Outstanding customer service

· Passionate about leading and motivating a team

· Creativity and problem solving

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritise

· Strong work ethic

· Approved management certification or willing to obtain one

· Attention to detail

· Proven communication skills at all levels
