Qualified Educator – Long Day Care We are seeking a passionate and qualified Educator to join our friendly Long Day Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive. About the Role You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care for children aged 0–5 years. The successful candidate will support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support and implement engaging educational programs
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace
- Observe and document children’s learning and development
- Maintain compliance with centre policies and regulations
- Work effectively as part of a professional team Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
