Description
Overview Westcoast BMW is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the department. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming enquiries and service bookings
- Coordinate daily service appointments
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues where required
- Maintain presentation of the customer lounge and reception area
- Manage stationery and administrative support for the Service Department Skills & Experience Essential
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administration or automotive administration role
- Current driver’s licence with the ability to drive manual vehicles
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Qualified telephone manner and presentation Desirable
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Previous experience in the automotive industry Advantages
