About The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales Market Offers, this role is focused on securing new business across Mid‑Market and Government segments. You will develop and execute business development strategies, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and position tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities, including managing tender processes and portals
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers
- Understand customer needs and present tailored, value‑driven solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercially sound proposals
- Influence cross‑functional stakeholders to support deal success and closure
- Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and onboarding
- Identify opportunities for account growth and long‑term client success About You
- Proven success in a B2B business development role
- Strong track record in winning new business
- Experience managing tenders and contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and solution‑selling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
