SENIOR CAR WASH MANAGER

Sparkletown Operations is a growing Australian-owned car wash business with 11 locations across Queensland and now expanding into Western Australia.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a mature, capable operator who enjoys being on the ground, leading by example, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

The role will initially oversee our new Wanneroo facility (opening in Q3 2026) with the opportunity to expand into a more regional focused role with our growing portfolio in WA.

We are specifically looking for someone who: Is mature, dependable and highly accountable

Takes pride in presentation and operational standards

Is handy and not afraid of getting their hands dirty

Is organised, highly autonomous and mechanically minded

Can work independently and make decisions under pressure

Can confidently lead a small team

Has strong problem-solving ability

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Wants to grow into a senior multi-site leadership role

Whilst experience in car wash operations is beneficial, we actively encourage applicants from varying backgrounds.
