Qualified Educator – Long Day Care

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Educator to join our friendly Long Day Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care for children aged 0–5 years. The successful candidate will support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Responsibilities Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Support and implement engaging educational programs Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace Observe and document children’s learning and development Maintain compliance with centre policies and regulations Work effectively as part of a professional team

Essential Requirements Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working With Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with children
