Assistant Centre Manager – 2 Brand New Centres Opening in Butler and Eglinton Western Australia Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking two confident and passionate Assistant Centre Managers to join our growing Western Australia team. We are opening two brand new, purpose built centres in Butler and Eglinton, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new beginning while helping shape culture, practice, and team success from day one. The Opportunity Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support daily operations while inspiring and guiding educators. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Centre Manager with day to day operations and leadership
- Mentoring and motivating educators to deliver high quality programs
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Supporting compliance with regulations and National Quality Standards
- Assisting with enrolments, rostering, occupancy, and continuous improvement
- Helping establish a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture About You
- ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence supporting teams and managing multiple priorities
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, WWCC, and Police Check
- Experience with XAP or similar childcare software preferred Why Join Aspire
