Overview

Westcoast BMW is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone Manage incoming enquiries and service bookings Coordinate daily service appointments Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues where required Maintain presentation of the customer lounge and reception area Manage stationery and administrative support for the Service Department

Skills & Experience

Essential Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administration or automotive administration role Current driver’s licence with the ability to drive manual vehicles Robust customer service and communication skills Qualified telephone manner and presentation

Desirable Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills Previous experience in the automotive industry
