We seek a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse
- Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at Wanneroo Total Health Care in Wanneroo, WA, for 2 days a week, covering sick and annual leave. As a casual Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your nursing expertise to a thriving medical practice. What you'll be doing Providing nursing care and support to patients in a primary care setting Assisting doctors with examinations, treatments and minor procedures Conducting health assessments, Care Plans, screenings and immunisations Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Coordinating the ordering and management of medical supplies and equipment Promoting health education and preventative care to patients Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development What we’re looking for Registered Nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration Solid clinical nursing skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients Proficient in electronic medical record systems and administrative tasks A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care What we offer At Wanneroo Total Health Care, we are dedicated to supporting our employees' well-being and professional development.
