Residential Scheduler (Wanneroo)

West Coast Residential is a boutique Perth home builder focused on delivering well‑built homes and an exceptional client experience. As our business continues to grow through strong referrals and repeat clients, we’re looking for an experienced and organised Residential Scheduler to join our team in Wangara. This is a full‑time office‑based role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, communication and keeping projects moving efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our Construction, Drafting and Pre‑Construction teams to ensure homes are scheduled, ordered and coordinated to a high standard. The Role
- Preparing and managing construction schedules
- Raising and managing purchase orders for trades and suppliers
- Processing and coordinating construction variations
- Ordering materials and coordinating supplier lead times
- Costing and preparing pre‑start variations, contract variations, under‑construction variations and final account adjustments
- Reviewing plans, engineering, specifications and construction documentation
- Liaising with supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments
- Monitoring workflow and assisting with construction timelines
- Assisting with invoice processing and resolving supplier queries
- Supporting the wider construction team to keep projects running efficiently About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and thrives in a fast‑paced residential construction environment.
- Experience in residential construction scheduling of materials and labour
- A strong understanding of the home building process
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience with Databuild, client manager and excel highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret residential construction documentation
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a cooperative team
