Someone who can lift a team, set a calm clinical rhythm, and build a place where good medicine and good days go together. The team you’ll join consists of one associate vet and four qualified veterinary nurses dedicated to heart and pride in their work. Responsibilities
- Guide clinical standards and help the team grow their confidence and capability.
- Mentor your associate vet and nurse team in a supportive, practical, and uplifting way.
- Shape the clinic culture day‑to‑day so people feel safe to ask questions, share ideas, and do their best work.
- Stay hands‑on with your own caseload while leading the direction of care in the clinic. Qualifications
- A BVSc or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC, with the ability to be registered as a veterinarian in Australia. Support Around You
